Fort time! January 2012

Who loved forts growing up?  Everybody!  And Lucy has already been initaited into the fine tradition of indoor forts, where she likes to have snacks and read.  Of course.

Two of Lucy's other dear little friends are Brooke and Sophie.  They're all within a couple of months of eachother in age and their mommies love hanging out together as much or more than these little ones do.  Say cheeese, girls!

Lucy and Lillian have been buddies since Lucy was born and watching their little friendship blossom is just so sweet.  Often when they see eachother they run to each other and embrace.  Lucy!  Lillian!

Fun with the Rebel

We have a Canon Rebel SLR camera and during Christmas I had some fun playing with the different settings and the great lighting (candles) and mood of Christmas.  Certainly I have a lot to learn about my camera's features and how to manipulate them but I had some fun with the holiday scenes.
